The convention center where the pageant was held was very nice, and air conditioned!! Things were ran very different from the Miss MO production, but all in all still a great pageant. One of my favorite memories of the weekend was getting spray tanned with MISS AMERICA! Yes, that's right, Miss Lauren Nelson herself. I went up to the tanning room to get sprayed before bed the last night there, and there she was. The first time I ever meet a Miss America and it happened while we both getting our bodies sprayed. Never the less she was as amazing as people say she is. Very sweet and genuine and I can see now why she won that title.

This past weekend the Missouri Girls traveled to Hot Springs Arkansas to perform at the Miss Arkansas Pageant. We had the opportunity to perf

Lacey, next time you're "home" in Maryville, I want pictures with you, Charlie and Abby. I have to have memories of the best year I've had with the "big girls". It's an experience I've not had in the past and I've enjoyed you ladies so much. I can't wait to see you all in July!
